1. Information We Collect
When you place an order on moevidoll.com we collect:
- Your name, email address, and shipping address (via Stripe Checkout).
- The order itself — line items, total, shipping method, and any personalization fields you submit on made-to-order products.
- A payment intent identifier from Stripe so we can look up the transaction if needed. We never see or store your card number.
If your order was placed on our Etsy shop, Etsy collects your checkout information under their own privacy policy. We receive a receipt record from Etsy for fulfillment only.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Fulfill and ship your order.
- Send order-confirmation and shipping-update emails.
- Answer questions you send us about an order.
- Meet tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
moevi relies on a short list of providers to operate the Site. Each is bound by its own privacy and data-processing terms:
- Stripe— payment processing and checkout.
- Supabase— database, authentication for admin access, and image storage.
- Cloudflare— CDN, edge compute, and DDoS protection for the Site.
- Resend— transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- Etsy— for orders placed on our Etsy shop; we only ingest receipt data for fulfillment.
5. Data Storage & Security
Order and customer records live in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted in the US-West region. The Site is served over HTTPS via Cloudflare. Admin authentication uses Supabase JWTs; third-party tokens (such as our Etsy API credentials) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your order records.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (typically we retain tax-related order records for 7 years).

7. Data Retention
Order records are retained for the lifetime of your relationship with moevi, and for at least 7 years after the last transaction to meet Washington State and IRS record-keeping requirements. Non-order data (failed checkouts, abandoned carts) is pruned on a 90-day rolling window.
8. Children's Privacy
moevi does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Some of our products contain small parts and are not intended for young children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be announced on this page and reflected in the “Last updated” date.
