Processing times
Every piece is packed by hand. Turnaround depends on the product type:
- In-stock and blind-box items— ship within 2–5 business days of your order clearing.
- One-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces— ship within 2–5 business days. If the listing has already sold by the time your order clears, we'll refund in full (this is rare — carts are reserved at checkout).
- Made-to-order pieces— hand-built after purchase. The current window is listed on the product page; typically 3–4 weeks before shipment. If we're running behind, we'll email you with an update.
Carriers & tracking
Domestic US orders ship via USPS First-Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on size. You'll receive a tracking number by email the day your order ships.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the order's weight. We do not mark up carrier rates.
International orders
moevidoll.com currently ships to the United States and Canada. For other countries, please order through our Etsy shop where international shipping is available.
Canadian orders: any customs duties, brokerage, or taxes assessed by Canadian customs are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier we're at their mercy. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email orders@moevidoll.comwith your order number and we'll help you file a claim. Photos of damaged packaging help a lot.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address Stripe provides us; reshipment for buyer-entered address errors is at cost.
