1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on moevidoll.com (“the Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. moevi is operated by Drew's Creations in Seattle, Washington.
2. About moevi
moevi sells handmade art dolls and related items, many of which are one-of-a-kind or made to order by the artist. The same catalog is also listed on our Etsy shop. Orders placed on moevidoll.com are fulfilled directly by us; Etsy orders are governed by Etsy's own terms.
3. Products
- One-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces are unique. Once sold they will not be re-listed or remade.
- Made-to-order piecesare hand-built after purchase. Each product page lists the current turnaround window — typically 3–4 weeks.
- Blind box items ship as a randomly assigned piece from the pool advertised on the product page.
- Photographs are taken under consistent lighting, but slight color and texture variation is inherent to handmade work and is not a defect.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; moevi never sees or stores your card details. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds
See our Returns Policy. OOAK and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or materially different from their listing.
7. Intellectual Property
Doll designs, photography, and written descriptions are the original work of the artist. You may share product photos for personal use on social media with attribution; commercial use, reproduction, or derivative works require written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
- Don't use the Site for unlawful purposes.
- Don't attempt to access admin endpoints or other users' data.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Site's APIs.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Products are sold as-is for decorative / collectible use. moevi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or the Site, except where required by applicable law. Small parts may pose a choking hazard — most items are not suitable for children under 3.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
